Sthirta with Ikshit Singla is operated by Ikshit Singla Foundation. References to Sthirta, Sthirta with Ikshit Singla, we, us, or our in these Terms refer to Ikshit Singla Foundation operating the Sthirta brand and related offerings.
Using the website and offerings
By using the website, submitting a form, making a payment, or participating in a Sthirta offering, you agree to provide accurate information, follow the instructions shared for the offering, respect the community space, and use the site only for lawful purposes.
Wellness and personal responsibility
Sthirta provides meditation, reflection, accountability, community, education, and wellness-oriented experiences. These are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency services. You are responsible for deciding whether a practice or event is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.
Enrollment, access, and conduct
Ikshit Singla Foundation may accept, reject, pause, or remove participation where needed to protect the integrity and safety of the space. You agree not to harass, abuse, record, redistribute, impersonate, spam, disrupt, solicit, or misuse any community, event, form, content, or communication channel.
Payments
Prices, inclusions, duration, access windows, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout or in the relevant offering page. Payments are processed through Razorpay or another listed payment provider. Access may depend on successful payment confirmation, identity/contact verification, and compliance with these Terms.
Content and intellectual property
All Sthirta text, images, videos, audio, designs, methods, worksheets, recordings, and community materials are owned or licensed by Ikshit Singla Foundation unless otherwise stated. You may use them for your personal participation only and may not copy, publish, sell, train models on, or redistribute them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikshit Singla Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from website use, participation decisions, personal practice outcomes, third-party services, connectivity issues, or payment-provider failures.
