Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payments, and transfers are handled for Sthirta offerings provided by Ikshit Singla Foundation.
Legal entity
Sthirta with Ikshit Singla is operated by Ikshit Singla Foundation. References to Sthirta, Sthirta with Ikshit Singla, we, us, or our in this Refund & Cancellation Policy refer to Ikshit Singla Foundation operating the Sthirta brand and related offerings.
Inner Circle payments
Inner Circle payments confirm access for the selected duration shown at checkout. Once onboarding, community access, live-session access, recordings, or other member materials have been issued, payments for the active term are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Ikshit Singla Foundation is unable to provide the paid access.
Cancellation of access
You may request cancellation of future access or renewal reminders by contacting the team. Cancellation does not automatically refund the active paid term. If a recurring payment product is introduced, cancellation will stop future billing after the current paid period unless a different checkout term is shown.
Duplicate, failed, or incorrect payments
If you are charged twice, charged incorrectly, or money is debited but access is not confirmed, contact hello@sthirtawithikshit.com with your name, payment date, amount, phone or email used at checkout, and Razorpay payment or order ID. Verified duplicate or failed-payment refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
Retreats and events
Retreat and event cancellation terms may vary by venue, facilitator commitments, travel logistics, and the specific event page or brochure. Where an event-specific policy is shown, that policy controls. If no event-specific policy is shown, cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer, while cancellations within 14 days are generally non-refundable.
Transfers and exceptional cases
Seat transfers, credit notes, or partial refunds may be considered case by case for medical emergencies, duplicate booking, operational cancellation, or other exceptional circumstances. Ikshit Singla Foundation may request reasonable proof before approving an exception.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days, or longer depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway. Gateway charges, taxes, or transaction costs may be deducted where applicable and lawful.
